While the term efficiency is used in business routinely, its true definition and practical application can be confusing. How can we generate more production while expending less energy? When we speak to dentists about increased production, most of them immediately associate that with more work, and more stress! The key to profitability and creating a successful practice is not only to create strategies for efficiency, but also to implement them.
This webinar will focus on three simple strategies for increasing your efficiency:
- Identifying Treatment on the NP Phone call.
- Increasing same day treatment opportunities.
- Reducing the need for handoffs and minimizing miscommunication.
After introducing these strategies, we will focus on implementation and action so that you can apply these techniques immediately following the webinar and start to grow your business.
